1979 Press Photo Parent Turtles and their 8 little babies

Baby Tortoises: Eight infant tortoises cared for by Mrs Helen Payne, of Middleton Cheney, Oxfordshire. When one of her children's two Tortoise laid eggs, Mrs Payne put them in the airing cupboard and eight hatched which is a rare occurrence in the British Climate.
