Modern day St. Francis - One of the mysteries of the bird world is why birds flock to the home of Joseph Lazzaro, of Redington Beach, Florida. In particular, parakeets. To date, over a hundred have come to him for care, and they keep coming. Lazzaro has now built clusters of nesting boxes for his feathered friends. Some people speculate that it is his special formula which include an eyedropper containing bourbon!
