They call him the "Teasie Weasie" of the monkey world. Billie smart's circus - in Newcastle: "Kasper" the four year old Chimp settles down to prove his prowess in the art of hairdressing with Yasmin the four year old grand-daughter of the famous Billie Smart. "Kasper" the Chimp and Yasmin were born into the 'Big Top' on the same day and both celebrate their fourth birthday this November. They are now to be seen at Newcastle-on-Tyne on tour.
