A Giraffe-Baby for the Basel-Zoo: A happy and rare event in the Zoo of Basle: A giraffe baby has been born this weeks, the first one since six years. After half an hour of hesitation, the newcomer already stood up on his long thin legs. This picture is taken a few hours after the birth.
