Opening of the Newmarket sales.. Owners from Denmark: A number of record prices were paid at the Bloodstock sales which opened at Newmarket today. Photo shows L-R : Mrs. Kiss Carl who owns the biggest stud farm in Jutland, Denmark; with in center Mr. H.C. Walton; and Mr. Fritz Auckenthaler von Thurnstein an Austrian racehorse owner who lives in Copenhagen - seen at the sales today.
