Talks Between Ian Smith and Joshua Nkomo Break Down in Salisbury
Mr. Ian Smith, the Rhodesian Prime Minister, has rejected the proposals set out by Mr. Callaghan, Britain's Foreign Secretary, following the breakdown of the talks in Salisbury, Rhodesia, between Mr. Smith and Joshua Nkomo of the ANC (African National Council).
