Foreign Minister of Zaire, the former Belgian Congo, who arrived here yesterday for vital talks about Uganda' Asians, is leaving London today before the talks take place, because he claims he was snubbed over his hotel bookings. He is expected to fly home some time today. Britain's Foreign Minister personally telephoned MR. NGUZA to ask him to reconsider his descision to leave. the trouble started when MR. NGUZA L'BOND arrived at Carlton Towers Hotel to find his rooms were not ready. PHOTO SHOWS: MR.
