HOME OFFICE TO INVESTIGATE MARRIAGE OF JERRY LEE LEWIS. The Home Office is tomorrow to investigate the marriage muddle of the 22-year old America Rock n' Roll singer, Jerry Lee Lewis, who is here on a tour and his 13-year old wife, Myra. Lewis and Myra are staying in London. During the week-end it was discovered that their marriage last December was five months before his divorce from his second wife became final. Myra's father, Mr. J.W. Brown, his wife, Lois and his son, are staying at the same hotel, in London. Home Office officials will look into the marriage when Lewis's landing papers are forwarded from the Immigration Office.
