DAUGHTER FOR MP'S WIFE: MRS.DIANE LEVER, the Iraqi wife of wealthy labor MP and barrister, Mr. Harold Lever, has had a third daughter in the London Clinic. The Levers' two other girls are Annabel, three and Isabel, who has just had a first birthday. Mrs. Lever, 28, inherited a fortune before her marriage in 1962. She has two children by a previous marriage, Michael, 10 , and Najda, nine. Mr. Lever has a teenage daughter by a previous marriage.
