UNESCO COMMEMORATIVE CEREMONY. A Commemorative Ceremony marking the twentieth anniversary of the founding of UNESCO (United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organisation), took place today in the Banqueting House, Whitehall, London. 30 members of UNESCO's Executive Board and Senior members of its secretariat were present.
