Archbishop of Canterbury appeals to Ayatollah for British Missionaries: The Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. Runcie, has appealed directly to Ayatollah Khomeini to allow a representative of the the Anglican Church to visit the Three British Missionaries being held in Iran.
