1958 Press Photo Accident During Wyatt Earp Rehearsal

Accident during Wyatt Earp rehearsal for variety show fight scene opponent is injured during fight scene.. A rehearsal was held this afternoon at Odeon Theatre, Tottenham Court Road - for the Western Variety Show which opens on Boxing Day - starring Hugh O'Brian the TV 'Wyatt Earp'.. During the first scene - O'Brian caught his opponent Jack Cooper (32) who fell and caught his face on corner of a prop table. Cooper was rushed to hospital - with possible concussion. Photo shows During the fight scene rehearsal showing Wyatt Earp on right.. Immediately after this incident - Cooper hit his face on the table.
