U.S. Secretary for the Navy in London In London for the first part of his trip round various European Countries is the U.S. Secretary for the Navy, Frederick North. Today he launches with the Board of the Admiralty after which he is to hold talks with Lord Carrington, The First Lord of the Admiralty. One of the possible points of discussion might be the possible apply to Britain of the blue prints of the Polaris submarine which may be offered to Britain as an alternative to the Skybolt missile.
