Doctor Struck Off the Register - Romance with a Policeman's Wife.
Dr. Kenneth Nobbs attended the offices of the General Medical Council in Marylebone, yesterday - and heard the Council order that his name be struck off the Medical Register. The Council had found him guilty of infamous conduct with 30 year old Mrs. Joan Hills, wife of a London Policeman. Last December P.C. James Hills had cited Dr. Noobs as co-respondent in his divorce petition against his wife.
