Doctor Struck Off the Register - Romance with a Policeman's Wife. Dr. Kenneth Nobbs attended the offices of the General Medical Council in Marylebone, yesterday - and heard the Council order that his name be struck off the Medical Register. The Council had found him guilty of infamous conduct with 30 year old Mrs. Joan Hills, wife of a London Policeman. Last December P.C. James Hills had cited Dr. Noobs as co-respondent in his divorce petition against his wife. Keystone Photo Shows: Mrs. Grace Nobbs, who told the Council she thought she was to blame for the Doctor's actions - as she refused to move from Tring - where she lived with their children... She is the wife of Dr. Kenneth Nobbs - and they have two children - a fourteen year old son and a nine year old daughter.
