The "count of Mayfair" leaves Jail: Edward Johnston-Noad, the man they used to call the count of Mayfair, is back in the west end again. on Saturday, the "count" was release from Wakefield jail, Yorkshire, after serving a seven years of a ten year sentence for fraud. The man who once had a Rolls Royce, yachts, a &15,000 house and was left $100,000 when he was 21 by his nitrate magnate father, sorted through his pickets and found 5s. 2d. "Five shillings for my breakfast and two pence to spend. Those eye the assets of count Johnston-Noad,", he said.
