Derek Norton Boss of Hadfields Private Steel Firm In Sheffield Pickets BSC Head quarters IN London: Mr Derek Norton, Managering Director of Hadfieldein Sheffield one of Britain's leading private steel firms, staged his Own picket outside the British Steel Headquarters in London today. He and a coach load of shop stewards from the companyolled overnight. Mr Norton was hoping to meet BSC chief Sir Charles Villiers who he arrived this morning for work. Yesterday Mr. Norton announced that his firm was to halt their payment of 2 million-a-month income tax, VAT and National Insurance bills in protest against the Government's failure to intervene in the six-week old Steel strike.
