Latvian Couple To Be Reunited After 33 years: A husband and wife who have not seen each other for more than 30 years are to be reunited in London as a assault of the Russian's good will move permitting some Soviet citizens to join their families in Britain. Lavtain- born Mrs. Austra Liepins, who lives in London, heard in August that her husband, Edger, 66 was to be allowed to leave Riga, the Latvian capital and join her in Britain.
