"No case to answer" Piea in gaming case.: A submission that there was no case to answer was made to the Marylebone magistrate today when 31-year old John Aspinall, his mother, Lady (Mary Grace) Osborne, and John Richard Burke, appeared on re,amd summoned under the Gaming Houses Act. All have pleaded not guilty and elected to go for trial. Photo shows pictured in London this evening are Mr. John Aspinall (left), Mr. John Burke and Lady Osborne.
