Chairman Of Ad Hoc Committee of Tenth Special Session Devoted To Disarmament Holds Press Conference; The Chairman of the Ad Hoc Committee of the tenth special session of the General Assembly devoted to disarmament, Carlos Ortiz de Roxas (Argentina), held a press conference at 3.20 a.m. on 30 June, after the Committee adopted the Final Document. Initial work on the draft Final Document was done by two working groups of the entire membership, the chaired by Malcolm J.C. Templeton (New Zealand) and the othe by Henryk Jaroszek (Poland) ~~~~ de Roxas Outlining to the correspondents ~~ improvements by his committee.
