Federal Press Ball in Bonn: On November 8th, the annual Federal Press Ball took place at the Beethovenhalle in Bonn. Some two and a half thousand persons, politicians, press people and show stars, came to this big social event, which was the 25th of it's kind in this year. Photo shows Federal President Walter Scheel (r) in an animated discussion with the leader of the opposition, Karl Carstens.
