Polish Foreign Minister visits Foreign Office: Mr. Rapacki the Polish Foreign Minister whose name is linked with Polish plan for a nuclear-free zone in Europe, has arrived in London on his way to the meeting of the United Nations General Assembly, Which opens in New York on Sept.16th. this afternoon he called on Mr. Selwyn Lloyd the Foreign Secretary.
