Jumble Sale Picture Sold At Christies For ~73,500: The painting, a self portrate by the 17th century Dutch painter Frans Hals, was sold to a Paris dealer for ~73,500. The painting which was found two years ago during an auction at Arnhem and was sold for ~2 10s 0. was owned by Frau Gisela Kemperdick 35, a wealthy West German Art Dealer from Cologne. and is in London for the Sale at Christies yesterday. Photo shows: Frau Kemperkeck, relaxed with a cup of tea at the London hotel room last night, and that "It was a healthy profit" for the painting which was sold at Christies yesterday.
