Press conference on Mrs. Svetlana Singh-Stalin's presence in Switzerland. On Monday 13th march Mr. von Moos the Minister of Justice Department held a press conference at Berne where he explained the circumstances of Mrs. Singh-Stalin's demand for a visa of entry and her presence in Switzerland, disclosing at the same time, that Mrs. Singh was accompanied by a person who did not need to apply for a visa to enter Switzerland. It was the biggest press conference ever attended in Swiss history, the conference room having been invaded by close to 300 journalists and photographers and television. For the first time, against hitherto strict orders, reporters placed microphones in front of von Moos, tape-recording his speech (one of them shows 'NBC' initials). It was not disclosed where Mrs. Singh-Stalin is staying in Switzerland.
