Federal Foreign Minister Scheel's Family Adopts A Little Indian From Bolivia
West German Foreign Minister Scheel, recently back from a meeting with his counterpart, M. Schumann in Berlin and just off again for a visit to Moscow, poses with his enlarged family for a happy portrait. Frau Scheel on a trip to La Paz (Bolivia) fell in love with this little Indian origin and adopted him without much ado and took him back home.
