Just in time before her father left for his talks in Moscow the daughter of Foreign Secretary of the Federal Republic, Walter Scheel, was born in a Bonn clinic. Mother Mildred Scheel (left) at the first ''press conference'' on the three days young lady announced the name: Andrea Gwendolyn. In the background 7 year old Cornelia, Mrs. Scheel's daughter by her first marriage.
