1958 Press Photo Frankfurt Festival Sport Wood Sawing Event Max Schmeling

The "wood sawing" of the prominence: has been one of the most funny highlights of the festival of sport, arranged by the press in Frankfurt, at February 4,58 in the evening in the festival hall. Specially greeted by the spectators has been the wood sawing team Max Schmeling (MAX SCHMELING) and Hardy Kruger (HARDY KRUGER). But in spite of all their efforts they didn't win, because one of their adversaries, the band leader Willy Berking most cleverly did use a motor saw.
