The cowboy who roped in a London policeman.: Montie Montano, a rodeo star over here to launch a "1974 visit to U.S.A." programme - went to Trafalgar Square in London yesterday. A London policeman stepped in to ask if he has a permit tocstage a demonstration, but being a friendly cowboy Montie lassoed him - at which the policeman indicated that it would be a good idea if he just moved on.
