Marathon walker Dr. Barbara Moore threatens to commit suicide "Unless Council Changes its Mind": Marathon walker Dr. Barbara Moore has council to kill herself unless her local council changes its mind. The Council has decided to put drainage pipes across land at her home in Frimley, Surrey. Dr. Moore is having a meeting with Housing Minister Mr. Richard Crossman in an effort to get the work stopped. She says she will kill herself if it is started. Photo shows Dr. Barbara Moore with "Fatty" a stray dog she has befriended with her husband Harry a 52 year old art teacher.
