Dr. Schacht attends reception after his arrival in London today: Dr.Hjalmar Schacht, the German financial genius, arrived in Londay today on a two-day visit. This evening he attended a reception given by Allen Wingate, publishers of his recent memoirs "My first 76 years", at the Hyde Park Hotel. It is first visit to Britain since 1939.
