Frau Schlitter returns to London, German Government Apologized for her speech: Frau Daisy Schlitter and her husband German Diplomat Herr Oskar Schlitter returned to London last night from West Germany. They were recalled to Germany after a speech in London by Frau Schiltter at Christmas and the West German Government apologized to Britain for the remarks made by Frau Daisy.
