Frau Schlitter returns to London, German Government Apologized for her speech: Frau Daisy Schlitter and her husband German Diplomat Herr Oskar Schlitter returned to London last night from West Germany. They were recalled to Germany after a speech in London by Frau Schiltter at Christmas and the West German Government apologized to Britain for the remarks made by Frau Daisy. They were met by their daughter Marion and son Alexander.
