"At Home" With Mr. Christopher Soames Britain's Future Ambassador To Paris: Mr. Christopher Soames, 47, a former Conservative Minister of Agriculture, and the son-in-law of Sir Winston Churchill, has been appointed the next British Ambassador to Paris. Today he was photographed with his family at his country home, Hamsell Manor, near Tunbridge Wells. Mr. Soames is a strong advocate of Britain joining the Common Market.
