Mr. Gordon Walker, Britain's new Foreign Secretary, has gone o Washington for talks with Mr.Dean Rusk about the Multilateral Force (M.L.F) the Americal proposal for a mixed-manned fleet of 25 Polaris surface vessels. Ricketts as it enters Washington Naval Base.
