Gunman Emerges From Besieged Cottage To Collect Food: John James, the Shropshire gunman besieged in his cottage at Weston-under-Redcastle, emerged for the first time yesterday to collect groceries. He carried h\is shotgun under his arm. James walk six paces to an outhouse wall and collected a load\f of bread, a tin of luncheon meat, butter and water left, left by Mr. Tom Hadlington, his brother-in-law.
