Adam Faith Returns To London From South Africa After Playing £20,000 Bond. Adam Faith the 24-year-old pop singer who was on tour of South Africa has out his tour short to protest against the Government's refusal to allow him to sing to racially mixed audiences. The first time he tried to leave on a plane for London he was taken of by Deputy Sheriff Mr. Malan, who said she had a warrant for his arrest, with her were two lawyers representing the Cape Town Theatre manager Mr. Ron Quibell, who had made out a civil court action against Faith because he has failed to finish his tour, so Faith had to pay a £20,000 bond before he was allowed to fly home.
