Description
The Mediterranean Yilebs Ancient Shipwreck Finds: 11 Drivers from the Naval Air Command Sub Aqua Club have come up with several interesting finds during their three week search for ancient bulls on the Mediterranean floor,. The team's first find was the ancient wreck of a Greek trading ship that went down off Syracuse more than 2,700 years ago. Other interesting finds included the wreck of a Roman Vessel that sank in Orgina Bay, Sicily, in about 200BC. Ancient Relics have been brought to the surface in lifting bags, and have now been handed over the National Museum at Syracuse. Photo Shows Members of the 11 man Naval Air Command Sub
