That is not the dress of the nee German Military but that is a Berlin originality for in 1944 a sergeant let his uniform at an innkeeper for he could not pay the bill of 10. - marks. the Sergent never came back since when and the bill was never paid. Now he innkeeper made a good business of this fact. Everybody who wants to everybody the uniform-jacket hat to pay drink for as if he had got the 10. - marks formerly.
