The German-allied treaties before the Federal Constitutional: The second senate of the Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe began with the trial about the admissibility of the action submitted by the coalition parties about the German - allied treaties. The constitution court is to state that it does not contradict to the Federal Fundaental Law if the treaties will be ratified by the Bundestag (Federal Assembly) with the majority required. The majority of the Federal Assembly is represented in Karlsruhe by the representatives Kiesinger (Christian Democratiac Union), Kuehn ( Liberal Democratic Party) and Merkatz (German Party), the opposition by the representative Dr. Arndt (Democratic socialist Party). Photo shows in the foreground the movers of the actions: quite to the left Dr. Kiesinger and opposite him Dr. Merkatz.
