Mr. Hugh Cudlipp Chairman of IPC; Mr. Cecil King, 67, was dismissed yesterday as chairman of the International Publishing Corporation, publishers of the Daily Mirror and Sunday Mirror. He was replaced by his deputy Mr. Hugh Cudlipp, 54, Mr. King said, "I have been fired," He had been asked to resign by fellow members of the Board, but had refused/ Photo Shows Mr. Hugh Cudlipp, 54 who has replaced Mr. Cecil King, as Chairman of IPC.
