Briton Freed By Zambia Flies Home: British lecturer Dr.Lionel Cliffe, 39, released after 8 weeks in Zambian jails, arrived back in London today. Dr. Cliffe senior political science lecturer at the University of Zambia, had been detained under an order issued by President Kaunda. But last Friday the order was withdrawn and he was given 48 hours to leave the country. Dr. Cliffe, who makes no secret of his Marxist views, said he was arrested by Zambian police because her had "some Angelan documents.
