Quintin Hogg Speaks at Dulwich.: Earl Attlee, the 81-year old former Prime Minister, last night described M. Quintin Hogg, Education Minister, as behaving like a lower-school boy. And he accused the Conservative Party of debasing the stadards of public life. Mr. Hogg shocked the political world on Tuesday with an outburst to hecklers who were shouting "What About Profumo".
