Secretary of Bank the bomb group arrested in fleet Street Pub; Four member of the Committee of 100, the action arm of the campaign for Nuclear disarmament which plans "non violent invasions" of Nato H bomber bases tomorrow, were arrested at their London headquarters this morning. Their Secretary, Michael Randle, was arrested some time later while he was holding an impromtu Press conference in a Fleet Street public house. All were arrested under the official secrets act. Photo Shows Two plain clothes policemen leading Michael Randle away to a waiting car in Fleet Street this morning after the Secretary was arrested in a pub.
