Woman Ambassador Presents Credentials: Miss Alba Grinan, 39th new Cuban Ambassador to London, went to Buckingham Palace this morning to present her Credentials. Miss Grinan succeeds Dr. Luis Ricardor Alonso, who resigned on August in protest against the Castro regime. The other two women ambassadors in London are Denor Mimi Chiteenden, of Costa Rica and Princess Laila Aicha, of Morocco., Photo shows Miss Alba Griman, the new Cuban Ambassador, pictured today prior to leaving for Buckingham Palace today present her credentials.
