Woman Ambassador Presents Credentials: Miss Alba Grinan, 39th new Cuban Ambassador to London, went to Buckingham Palace this morning to present her Credentials. Miss Grinan succeeds Dr. Luis Ricardor Alonso, who resigned on August in protest against the Castro regime.
