Lord grade defies his critics Lord Grade, chairman of the troubled Associated Communications corporation, defied Cristi criticism of his leadership of the company when he famed the annual share holders meeting last week. "Everyone says I'm confident, buoyant and ebullient. Well I am". During a 40 minute meeting he told his audience of nearly 100 shareholders that he was getting younger everyday and denied that his position was threatened by the corporations $ 6,700,000 loss last year and squashed rumours of a take over threat.
