Woman with a child throws a pot of paint at Edward Heath in Downing Street: As Mr. Edward Heath, Britain's new Prime Minister, returned to No. Downing Street after lunching at St. James' Club today a woman with a child who was among the crowd threw a small pot of red paint at Mr. Heath as he was about to enter No. 10. The woman was immediately arrested and escorted away by the Police. Photo shows A police constable stands by as Mr. Heath is about to enter No. 10 showing the paint splashed on his suit today.
