Press Secretary For Ghana Royal Visit Starts Work At Palace: Mr. J.B. Odunton whom the Queen has appointed as assistant Pres Secretary for her Majesty's visit to Ghana in November, began his duties at the Palace this morning. M. Odunton, who until recently has been Public Relations Attache to the high commissioner for Ghana in London, becomes the first coloured man to be employed at Buckingham Palace.
