Press Photo Federal cabinet in West-Germany has six new ministers

For your file Since February 4th, 1978 the Federal cabinet in West-Germany has six new ministers. Federal Chancellor Helmut Schmidt determined the fundamental reshuffle of the cabinet. The former Parliamentary state secretary in the Ministry of Finance, Rainer Offer-geld, 40 (our picture) , is now minister of Economic aid to Developing Countries.
