The Chief Medical examiner for the city of New York, Dr. Elliot M. Gross, held a 90 minute newsconference at his lawyers' fifth avenue office today to defend himself against allegations that he issued misleading or inaccurate autopsy reports, some involving people who died while in the custody of Police. The allegations have resulted in a total five investigations, on the city, State and Federal level, into Dr. Gross handling of New York City's Medical Examiner Office. Photo shows Dr. Elliot M.
