A Deputation Of The Arts Hand Over Anti-Vat Petition To The Chancellor Of The Exchequer: Dame Margot Fonteyn, Dame Peggy Ashcroft and Albert Finney and other members of the arts, were among a deputation who went to No. 11 Downing Street to hand over the anti-vat petition to the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Denis Healey.
